Full Time Office/Housekeeper

Office hours 10:30-7:30, 11-8 & 12-9 and sometimes 3-6 after housekeeping duties. Housekeeping days hours 9-6. Cleaning is approx. 75% of this job and Office work is approx. 25% of this job.
Pay starting wage is $17.00* per hour (Pay is $14.50 per hour with bonuses of up to $2.50 per hour as well if certain things are meet, like not calling in sick and cleaning 3 rooms per day )
Duties for office include answering phones, checking customers in, answering emails, taking pictures at weddings, performing packages at night, handling any problems that arise for the customers etc.
Housekeeper duties, cleaning 3 rooms plus stay overs, Checking and prepping rooms, laundry etc.
Two weeks vacation. Every other weekend off. 60% of your health insurance paid for by company. Plus many other unique perks like a trip at 5 years.
Must be reliable, have your own car, cell phone, pass a background check and drug test. Must live within 40 min drive.
Growth opportunity, as we try and promote from within. For example one of our part time housekeeping elves was promoted to full time housekeeping, then lead housekeeper, then on to Head Housekeeper, then to Manager.
Full Time Maintenance Person
- Looking for a full time maintenance person for our resort hotel. Experience working with a variety of maintenance equipment, including hand and power tools include minor repairs such as caulking, painting, staining, sanding, plumbing. applying pesticides etc. Outdoor duties including weed wacking, blowing, weeding, asphalt repairing, applying pesticides, snow shoving etc. Golf cart maintenance. Helping housekeeping by fogging units and helping pick up laundry and trash in golf cart.
Must be able to get private applicator pesticides license once hired which requires classes and passing a test.
